In2Performance runs a highly successful weightlifting program under the guidance of a team of qualified coaches.
The In2Performance weightlifting team has proven to be highly successful, winning the 2015 Victorian Women’s Championships and winning the 2016 Victorian Men’s Championships and placing 2nd in the Women’s division, despite being one of the youngest weightlifting clubs.
This is definitely the place to be for prospective weightlifters, both beginners looking to build a solid base and learn the techniques that will help them avoid future injuries, and athletes looking to compete at the top level.
This class is also an excellent option for those wanting to build a solid base for Crossfit as they will learn to complete the movements correctly and safely.
