Come and try out our renowned strength and conditioning classes
These classes will challenge you and improve all aspects of your fitness, including cardio, strength, power, explosiveness and muscle endurance, all in a fun and welcoming environment.
These classes are designed to challenge all participants and to get the best results based on a structured, scientifically based methodology.
Classes are scaled for different fitness levels so all can get the most out of each class.
Classes currently run Monday to Thursday evenings at both 6:30pm and 7:30pm.
